5. Zoom Meetings
 

Lovinity currently conducts matchmaking events through Zoom.

By participating, you agree that:

• Your display name, profile picture, voice, and video may be visible to other participants.

• You will behave respectfully and courteously.

• You will not harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse any participant.

• You will not interrupt or disrupt the event.
   

Lovinity reserves the right to mute, remove, or permanently ban any participant whose behaviour is considered inappropriate.

 

6. Recording & Screenshots
 

Participants must not:

• Record meetings.

• Take screenshots.

• Share participant photographs.

• Publish meeting content.

• Distribute personal information obtained through Lovinity.
   

Any unauthorised recording or distribution may result in permanent removal from Lovinity and may lead to legal action where applicable.

7. Participant Profiles
 

Participants may receive limited profile information about other verified attendees before or during an event.
 

This information is provided solely for personal matchmaking purposes.

Participants must not:

• Copy profile information.

• Share participant details with third parties.

• Use information for advertising, recruitment, marketing, or commercial purposes.
  
   

8. Christian Community Standards
 

Lovinity is intended for individuals seeking marriage within the Christian faith.
 

Participants agree to:

• Treat others with kindness and respect.

• Avoid offensive or inappropriate language.

• Refrain from harassment or intimidation.

• Respect differing Christian denominations and traditions.

• Maintain appropriate conduct during all interactions.
   

Lovinity may remove users whose behaviour is inconsistent with these community standards.

 

9. Payments
 

Where fees apply:

• Payments are processed securely through authorised payment providers.

• Registration fees apply only to the selected event or service.

• Prices may change without prior notice for future registrations.
  
   

10. Cancellation & Refunds
 

Participants who cannot attend should notify Lovinity as early as possible.

Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined according to the refund policy applicable at the time of registration.

Lovinity reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to technical issues, low participation, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

11. User Responsibilities
 

You agree that you will not:

• Create fake accounts.

• Impersonate another person.

• Provide false information.

• Attempt to bypass verification procedures.

• Use Lovinity for scams or fraudulent activities.

• Send spam or unsolicited messages.

• Violate any applicable law.
   

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent removal.

 

12. Safety Disclaimer
 

Lovinity makes reasonable efforts to verify participants; however, we cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, honesty, conduct, or background of every participant.
 

Users are responsible for exercising their own judgment when communicating with others.

Lovinity is not responsible for interactions or relationships that occur before, during, or after participation in our events.

 

13. No Guarantee of Matches
 

Lovinity does not guarantee:

• A successful match.

• Mutual interest between participants.

• Ongoing communication.

• Friendship.

• Engagement.

• Marriage.
   

Results will vary for each participant.

 

14. Intellectual Property
 

All website content, logos, graphics, text, branding, and materials are the property of Lovinity unless otherwise stated.

15. Limitation of Liability

16. Account Suspension or Termination
 

Lovinity reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if a participant:

• Violates these Terms.

• Provides false information.

• Engages in abusive behaviour.

• Threatens the safety or wellbeing of other participants.

• Uses Lovinity for unlawful purposes.

Lovinity may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on our website with the updated Effective Date.

Continued use of Lovinity after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
