Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Registration Fees
 

Registration fees are charged to reserve a participant's seat for a specific Lovinity event. As each event has a limited number of available seats, registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

2. Seat Reservation Policy
 

Each Lovinity event has a limited number of participant seats. Once your registration is confirmed and your payment is successfully received, your seat is reserved exclusively for you.

Because your reserved seat is no longer available to other participants, all bookings are final.
 

Once a seat has been booked, no refund will be issued, including but not limited to the following situations:

• You decide not to attend the event.

• You cancel your registration.

• You are unavailable on the event date.

• You miss the Zoom meeting.

• You experience personal scheduling conflicts.

• You change your mind after registration.

• You fail to join using the meeting details provided.
   

Please ensure you are available on the scheduled event date and time before completing your registration and payment.

 

3. Participant Cancellation
 

If you are unable to attend an event, you should notify Lovinity as soon as possible.

Cancelling your registration does not entitle you to a refund once your seat has been confirmed.

Your registration cannot be transferred to another person unless Lovinity provides prior written approval.

 

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
 

Registration fees are non-refundable in the following circumstances:

• Your seat has been successfully reserved.

• You voluntarily withdraw from the event.

• You fail to attend the Zoom meeting.

• You are dissatisfied with the outcome of the event.

• You do not find a suitable match or spouse.

• You experience technical issues with your own internet connection, device, microphone, camera, or Zoom application.

• You provide incorrect registration details.

• You fail to complete verification requirements.

• You are removed from the event for violating Lovinity's Terms & Conditions or Community Guidelines.
  
   

5. Event Cancellation by Lovinity
 

If Lovinity cancels an event due to circumstances within our control, participants may receive one of the following, at Lovinity's discretion:

• A full refund.

• A credit towards a future Lovinity event.

• A transfer of registration to a rescheduled event.
   

Participants will be notified using the contact details provided during registration.

 

6. Event Rescheduling
 

If an event is postponed or rescheduled by Lovinity, your registration will automatically remain valid for the new event date.

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, Lovinity may, at its sole discretion, offer a future event credit or another reasonable alternative.

 

7. Technical Issues
 

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:

• A stable internet connection.

• A compatible computer, tablet, or smartphone.

• Access to Zoom.

• Working audio and video equipment.

Lovinity is not responsible for technical problems experienced on the participant's side. Such issues do not qualify for a refund.

 

8. Verification Issues
 

Lovinity reserves the right to reject or cancel a registration if:

• Identity verification cannot be completed.

• False or misleading information is provided.

• The participant does not meet eligibility requirements.

• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
   

Where required by applicable law, Lovinity will determine whether any refund is appropriate.

 

9. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
 

If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same registration or are charged more than once due to a payment processing error, please contact Lovinity immediately.
 

Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

 

10. Refund Processing
 

Where Lovinity approves a refund, it will normally be processed through the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

 

11. Chargebacks
 

If you believe a payment has been made in error, please contact Lovinity before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider.
 

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or permanent removal from Lovinity services.

 

12. Changes to This Policy
 

Lovinity reserves the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Any updates will be published on our website together with the revised Effective Date.
