1. Payment Requirement
 

A valid payment is required to register for any paid Lovinity event or service.

Submitting a registration form alone does not guarantee participation. Your registration is subject to seat availability, successful payment, any required profile verification, and approval by Lovinity.

 

2. Seat Reservation
 

Lovinity events have a limited number of participant seats and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
 

A seat is reserved only after:

• A seat is available.

• Your payment has been successfully received.

• Any required verification has been completed (where applicable).

• Lovinity confirms your registration.
   

Once your seat has been reserved, it is no longer available for another participant.

 

3. Registration Confirmation
 

Your registration is considered confirmed only after all of the following requirements have been successfully completed:

• A seat is available for the selected event.

• Your payment has been successfully received.

• Any required profile or identity verification has been completed (where applicable).

• Lovinity has approved your registration.
   

Successful payment confirms your registration and reserves your seat for the selected event, subject to any required verification.

After your registration has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your registration details and any additional event instructions.

 

4. Pricing
 

All event fees and service charges are displayed during the registration process.

Lovinity reserves the right to:

• Modify pricing for future events.

• Offer promotional discounts or special offers.

• Introduce new services or discontinue existing services.
   

Price changes will not affect registrations that have already been confirmed.

 

5. Accepted Payment Methods
 

Payments may be made using the payment methods made available on the Lovinity website, including, where available:

• Credit Cards

• Debit Cards

• UPI

• Net Banking

• Digital Wallets

• Other authorised payment methods
   

Available payment methods may change without prior notice.

 

6. Secure Payments
 

All payments are processed through secure and authorised third-party payment providers.

Lovinity does not intentionally store your complete payment card information on its own systems.

Participants should only make payments through the official Lovinity website or authorised payment links.

 

7. Failed or Incomplete Payments
 

Your registration will not be confirmed if:

• Payment fails.

• Payment is declined.

• Payment is cancelled.

• Payment remains incomplete.

• Payment cannot be verified.
   

If you experience payment issues, please contact your payment provider or bank before contacting Lovinity.

 

8. Duplicate Payments
 

If you accidentally make more than one payment for the same registration or are charged multiple times due to a payment processing error, please contact Lovinity promptly.

Verified duplicate payments will be refunded using the original payment method wherever possible.

 

9. Refunds
 

Refunds are governed by Lovinity's Refund & Cancellation Policy.
 

Because Lovinity events have limited seating, once your registration is confirmed and your event seat has been reserved, your booking is considered final.
 

As your reserved seat can no longer be offered to another participant, registration fees are generally non-refundable, including where you:

• Cancel your registration.

• Decide not to attend.

• Miss the Zoom meeting.

• Change your mind.

• Experience personal scheduling conflicts.

• Do not find a suitable match.

• Experience technical issues with your own device or internet connection.
   

Refunds may only be issued where required by applicable law or where Lovinity expressly approves a refund under its Refund & Cancellation Policy.

 

10. Taxes and Charges
 

Where applicable, prices may include or exclude taxes, statutory charges, or payment processing fees.

Any applicable charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

Participants remain responsible for any fees charged by their bank or payment provider.

 

11. Fraud Prevention
 

Lovinity reserves the right to:

• Verify payment details.

• Delay registration confirmation while payments are reviewed.

• Reject suspicious transactions.

• Cancel registrations associated with suspected fraud or unauthorised payments.
   

Fraudulent activity may result in suspension or permanent removal from Lovinity and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

 

12. Chargebacks
 

If you believe a payment has been made in error, please contact Lovinity before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider.
 

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

• Cancellation of your registration.

• Suspension or termination of your account.

• Refusal of future registrations.

• Recovery of any costs incurred where permitted by law.
  
   

13. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
 

If Lovinity cancels or reschedules an event, participants will be notified using the contact details provided during registration.

Any refund, event credit, or transfer of registration will be handled in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

 

14. Payment Confirmation
 

After your payment has been successfully processed and your registration has been approved, Lovinity will normally send a confirmation email.
 

It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and regularly check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder.

 

15. Policy Updates
 

Lovinity may update this Payment Terms Policy at any time.

The latest version will always be published on our website with the revised Effective Date.
